Condition Rules
Set trade-in percentage tiers per asset type — Shop Manager access only
Coming soon: saving custom tiers is not available yet. The swap wizard uses the default tiers (Like New 80% · Good 60% · Fair 40% · Poor 25%), and the trade-in value can be adjusted before submission.
Manager Access Only. These percentages determine how much trade-in value clients receive for their used items. Changes take effect immediately on all new swap requests. The 80% Like New tier is the highest possible trade-in value.
